WILLIAM GOH
William Goh Jin Hong (b. 1992, Singaporean) is an award-winning multidisciplinary artist whose practice spans painting, sculpture, mixed media, and conceptual object-based works. Goh graduated from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (Singapore) as the Best Graduate from the School of Art and Design, and further pursued a Bachelor’s of Arts at the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
William is interested in the dialogues between space, memory, and the tensions between sustainability and urban redevelopment. His practice often incorporates salvaged materials and found objects, which are transformed into layered narratives that reflect Singapore’s evolving urban landscape.
William has clinched the Ngee Ann Young Promising Artist Award in 2021 and was awarded Highly Commended in the Established Artist Category at the UOB Painting of the Year competition in both 2021 and 2023. His works have been showcased in over 90 local and international exhibitions, including at National Gallery Singapore, Art Outreach Singapore, Longhu Art Museum in Yunnan, China and the Kyushu Cultural Center in Fukuoka, Japan and Luciano Benetton Collection, Italy and PSG Gallery, Silpakorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. He has also various contributed to academic symposiums across Asia including Imaginasia, Singapore-Thailand Contemporary Art Symposium 2024.
William is currently the Chairman of Telok Kurau Studios Singapore(2025–2026), President of the Modern Art Society (Singapore) (2023–2027)and the Honorary Treasurer of the Singapore Arts Federation (2023–2026). William’s works are housed in several private and institutional collections, including United Overseas Bank, Ngee Ann Kongsi, and various government bodies in Singapore.
